For business leaders and their organizations

“Why am I working this hard? Sometimes it feels like nobody here actually cares...”

Mindotts helps business leaders and organizations get aligned, accountable, and executing, so growth stops depending on one person.

If that sounds like you — it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because the organization or department you’re leading was never built to handle where you are going.

If you’re running on an existing business operating system — keep it. Those systems tell you what to do. Mindotts makes sure the people running them can actually execute it.

A leader stands at the head of a boardroom table, frustrated, while his team looks disengaged around him.

For business leaders

Founders, CEOs and executive teams who want growth that doesn’t depend on one person pushing.

For corporations

Managers and cross-functional teams who need to lead, collaborate and take ownership across departments.

“So many fires break out in a day, it feels like a never-ending cycle.”

Whatever that sounds like for you — it’s not a personal failure. It’s the organization or department you’re leading not yet ready to handle where you are now or where you want to go.

  • “If I stop pushing, everything stops.”

  • “Sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing — it would’ve been nice if I had a real team.”

  • “It’s all on my shoulders. That crown is heavy.”

  • “This growth is great, and overwhelming at the same time.”

  • “Everyone agrees on the plan. Nobody owns it across departments.”

  • “I missed my kids growing up and for what? Nobody here cares anyway...”

Nothing changes until the organization does.

Another year of the same fires. Another good hire who couldn’t keep up, or who left before they had the chance to. Another quarter where the plan on the slide didn’t survive contact with the team executing it.

It’s not that nothing is working. It’s that the organization keeps absorbing more than it’s built to carry — and the data backs up what it feels like. Organizations in the top quartile of employee engagement see 23% higher profitability and 51% lower turnover than those in the bottom quartile. Companies with strong organizational health deliver roughly three times the returns of those without it. Replacing one senior leader can cost up to twice their annual salary.

Every year that gap stays open, it gets more expensive to close.

The good news: this is fixable. It’s not a leadership flaw — it’s a readiness gap. And readiness can be built.

Five stages. Two kinds of work.

The first three build what your organization needs to lead and operate well. The last two make sure it keeps working — long after we’re no longer in the room.

  1. Stage 1

    Connect

    Book a Discovery Call.

A real and open conversation. Once it’s booked, we’ll send you the Organizational Scaling Readiness assessment — a short diagnostic across five domains — so the conversation is grounded in your organization’s actual data, not guesswork.

You walk away with: clarity on what’s actually going on, and what’s needed next.

  2. Stage 2

    Align

You and your leadership team get on the same page.

Most execution problems are not what you think. Before anything gets built, you and your executive team get aligned on the same direction, the same vision, the same definition of what success looks like. Once that’s real, implementation stops being a fight.

You walk away with: a leadership team pointed at the same target — so building on top of it holds.

  3. Stage 3

    Build

Conscious Architecture™, installed — with your executive team.

Three layers, built together: InnerPEACE™ (leading yourself), OuterREAD™ (leading those around you), WiderCIRCLE™ (leading beyond). Not theory — built into how the organization runs.

You walk away with: a leadership team operating from the same foundation, with shared instincts and behaviors.

  4. From here, it’s not something we’re doing to the organization anymore. It’s something the organization is creating on its own.

    Stage 4

    Scale

The organization grows on what’s been built.

Decisions move faster. Execution doesn’t depend on one person pushing. Growth stops taking everything out of you.

You walk away with: momentum that doesn’t run through you alone.

  5. Stage 5

    Sustain

The business runs itself — and keeps growing.

The architecture holds. The momentum you built in Scale compounds. Decisions keep moving, the team keeps executing, growth keeps building on growth, without you having to be the one keeping it alive. Your business grows on its own terms, with no ceiling you have to personally hold up.

The Mindotts Model: it starts with you, moves to the people around you, and grows across the whole organization.

We’ve carried this too.

We’ve been the one everyone assumed had it handled — at 2am, with no one to call. That’s exactly why Mindotts exists.

Nissim Maimon

Nissim Maimon

Founder & CEO

Nissim brings years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and management lecturer in personal development and transformational training. Before Mindotts, he co-led a Southern California home-services company and roughly quadrupled revenue in two and a half years — built on culture and leadership alignment, not just sales pressure. He exited in 2024 to travel the world and what naturally came next is a calling to build Mindotts — a company built around what actually closes the readiness gap.

Carlos Fawcett

Managing Partner

Carlos joined Mindotts after experiencing the work firsthand, as an executive going through the program himself — and saw the scale of impact it could have. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership and hands-on experience leading people inside real companies, he brings the research and the real world together: the academic depth to know why it works, and the practitioner’s eye to see how leadership decisions actually land inside an organization.

Real organizations. Real shifts.

Case Study

Breaking Through a Growth Ceiling

Revenue stuck for years. Then 35%+ growth in one year, with the same 21-person team.

  • 35%+Revenue Growth
  • 96%+Order Accuracy
  • 1 vs 5–7Departures
  • 0Headcount Added

A Southern California building-products distributor had hit a growth ceiling for years — revenue stuck in the same range, high turnover, and departments working in silos where blame moved faster than solutions.

The engagement began with a full-day InnerPEACE™ experience for managers and senior sales staff, followed by three months of ongoing leadership coaching addressing real communication, accountability, and decision-making as it came up in the business.

By the end of the year: revenue grew more than 35% with the same 21-person team, order accuracy climbed from the high-80% range to 96%+, and turnover dropped from 5–7 replacements a year to just one. The company opened a second location the following year.

Case Study

Execute, Execute, Execute

The company didn’t need another plan. It needed a culture where executing is normal.

  • 32%Revenue growth, within 7 months
  • 5.7%Lower compensation ratio
  • < 3 monthsUntil the energy shifted
  • Month 5When the numbers followed

A technology integration company in Southern California had been talking about change for years. Everyone knew what needed to happen. Nothing did. Then the leaders started owning problems instead of passing them along, and execution became part of the culture. Departments that once guarded their own work began sharing customers, projects and estimates in one system. People stopped waiting to be told and started stepping up.

The energy changed in under three months. By month five the numbers followed: revenue grew 32% and the compensation ratio improved by 5.7%. The team went from 48 people to a leaner 38, and with the new growth is now at 42. The work continues.

Our founder’s story

Culture as a Growth Strategy

From 9 people to 42, revenue nearly quadrupled, and 92%+ turnout at voluntary, unpaid training.

  • ~4XRevenue in 2.5 Yrs
  • 9 → 42Employees
  • 92%+Training Attendance
  • 82%Repeat-Customer Revenue

A home-services company rebuilt its culture around five non-negotiable values — hiring, developing, and sometimes parting ways based on alignment, not just performance. A newly hired technician became the company’s highest seller within five weeks — and was let go in that same stretch, because his values didn’t match the company’s.

Leadership training became a daily habit, not an occasional event, and the company ran voluntary, unpaid development sessions in the off-season that consistently drew 92%+ attendance — nobody was required to be there.

The result: revenue nearly quadrupled in two and a half years, the team grew from 9 to 42, sales close rates rose from 31% to 42%, and voluntary turnover stayed remarkably low — just two departures across the entire stretch.

What Leaders Are Saying

Nissim helped me realize that culture starts with how I show up daily. … Today, we’re a stronger, unified business, ready for the next level.

Nissim helped me realize that culture starts with how I show up daily. The way I speak, act, or even what I allow everything impacts our culture. With Nissim’s guidance over two years, meeting bi-monthly, I’ve made critical, no-compromise decisions, holding us accountable to our vision and values. It’s not just the team leadership must act swiftly when something doesn’t align. Today, we’re a stronger, unified business, ready for the next level.

Shalom IllouzFounder & CEO

The follow-up over the next few months is where things really shifted. That year, we crossed into eight figures for the first time. …

Honestly, I was skeptical. We were doing well — high seven figures, good team, strong products — but something had plateaued and we couldn’t figure out what.

When our CEO brought in Nissim for a full-day session, my first thought was that we didn’t have time for this. I’ve been in enough workshops to know how they usually go.

This was different. It wasn’t motivational or tactics focused. It was a mirror - leadership patterns, decision-making under pressure, habits we’d normalized without realizing the cost.

The follow-up over the next few months is where things really shifted. That year, we crossed into eight figures for the first time.

It wasn’t magic. It was just finally addressing the right things we couldn’t see.

Ruti Ben ShoshanVP of Sales

At the executive level, communication has become significantly more open, supportive, and aligned. We have also witnessed these positive changes cascade throughout all levels of our company, improving collaboration, accountability, and overall service quality. …

When Nissim saw that our organization was facing many of the same challenges — albeit at a larger scale — he generously offered to coach us. His approach was thoughtful, patient, and highly personalized. He invested time in understanding our leadership personalities, business dynamics, and organizational needs. Nissim helped us establish clearly defined behaviors to match our company core values and, more importantly, showed us how to effectively implement and live by them within our daily operations.

The impact has been profound. At the executive level, communication has become significantly more open, supportive, and aligned. We have also witnessed these positive changes cascade throughout all levels of our company, improving collaboration, accountability, and overall service quality. While cultural transformation is an ongoing journey, Nissim has helped redirect our company toward a stronger, more positive trajectory and continues to provide valuable guidance as we grow.

Beyond his professional expertise, Nissim is genuinely one of the kindest and most sincere people we know. It is truly our pleasure to work with him and to call him a trusted advisor and friend. I would confidently recommend Nissim and Mindotts to any executive team seeking meaningful cultural development, stronger leadership alignment, and sustainable business growth.

Yulia BarinovaController

Working with Nissim was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He helped reshape our company culture, brought clarity across teams, and created a family-like atmosphere in our organization. Today we’re seeing the results of the work we did together

Eddie BibleDirector of Field Operations

“We don’t replace your business operating system. We unlock it. Frameworks and existing platforms give you the tactical playbook, but they assume your leadership team is already operating with flawless internal alignment. Mindotts focuses on the human architecture first — ensuring the leaders driving the system possess the clarity, focus, and collaboration needed to actually execute it.”

Questions Leaders Ask Before They Call

What happens on a Discovery Call?

It’s a 30-minute conversation. We step back from the day-to-day and look at your organization with more clarity: where things stand today, where things feel stuck, and what direction best supports your next stage of growth. We review your organization’s current landscape, identify where clarity or alignment may be missing, and explore the next step that fits. Join from a quiet, uninterrupted space so you can reflect openly. There’s no obligation.

Who is Mindotts for?

Business leaders — founders, CEOs and executive teams — who want their company to grow and sense that the next level depends on a leadership team that is more aligned, accountable and in sync. We also work with corporations whose managers and cross-functional teams need to lead, collaborate and take ownership more effectively. Most of the organizations we work with are already successful. They aren’t fixing a broken business; they’re removing what’s holding a great one back. We work with companies of different sizes and stages, and the Discovery Call is how we find out if it’s a fit.

We already run EOS, Scaling Up, or another operating system. Is this a replacement?

Conscious Architecture™ is a complement piece. Keep what’s working. Operating systems give you structure. Mindotts works on the part that decides whether any system sticks: designing the culture you envision, supporting leaders to show up in a way that promotes and enhances it, and helping people communicate and take ownership. We’re built to complement them, not compete with them.

What is the Mindotts Model?

It’s our approach to leadership, built on Conscious Architecture™, in three connected parts: InnerPEACE™ (leading yourself), OuterREAD™ (reading and leading others) and WiderCIRCLE™ (leading beyond). It starts with you, moves to the people around you, and grows across the company. Culture is what you get when all three are working together.

Is this therapy or soft-skills training?

It’s practical leadership work tied to business results: how decisions get made, how accountability shows up, how teams work together. Self-awareness is part of it, because showing up shapes what happens next. The work is anchored in real decisions and real outcomes in your business.

Do I need to bring my team?

We can work with you directly or with you and your executive team. The solution is designed during our Discovery Call, when we look at the Organizational Scaling Readiness assessment results and understand them together.

How long before we see results?

Every company is different. In the engagements we’ve documented, leaders and teams felt the shift in energy within the first few months, and business results followed. One company grew revenue 35%+ within the same year with the same team. Another grew revenue 32% within 7 months. Our Leadership Architecture Program (LAP) is designed to produce results before the program ends.

What does it cost?

We start by understanding your company. The right path depends on where your organization stands today. After the Discovery Call and a closer look at your organization, we recommend the path that fits and give you a clear path and a number before you decide anything. What we can share now is what other companies gained: one grew revenue 35%+ within the year, and order accuracy rose to 96%+ while turnover fell from 5 to 7 replacements a year to one. Another grew revenue 32% within 7 months. Our founder roughly quadrupled his own company’s revenue in less than three years. We’re confident in the direction our programs move a company; the magnitude of the results depends on how fully the leadership team and the organization take the work on.

What if my leadership team isn’t aligned, or someone resists?

That’s where many of our clients start. Misalignment is often the reason we uncover when leaders call us. We begin with you, because the way a leader shows up sets the tone, and then we bring the team in through honest conversations without blame: clarity, alignment and progress are what guide everything from here.

Who will I work with?

You will work with our team of experts, led by Nissim Maimon, who roughly quadrupled his own company’s revenue in less than three years, and Carlos Fawcett, who experienced this work as a client before joining Mindotts as a Managing Partner.

Still have a question? Bring it to the call.

A 30-minute Discovery Call, and we’ll answer it with your organization in front of us. No obligation.

This is what “the organization is ready” actually feels like.

A team in a bright boardroom collaborating and laughing together.
  • Your team executes without anyone having to push.
  • Decisions get made close to the work, not routed through one desk.
  • Departments share customers, information and wins instead of guarding them.
  • Meetings end with owners and dates, and the dates hold.
  • Problems surface early and get solved instead of assigned to blame.
  • Growth stops costing weekends, dinners and the moments you’d rather be at.
  • People stay because the company is worth staying at.

That isn’t a different company. It’s your company, once the organization has caught up to where it’s headed.

Let’s look at where your organization stands.

A 30-minute conversation to look at where things stand today, where clarity or alignment may be missing, and what the next step could be. No obligation.
